Chatteris: Bomb Disposal Team Called

A bomb disposal team has been called to Chatteris.

Police visited an address in Ash Grove this morning (Friday) after acting on intelligence in connection with possible firearms and explosives offences.

Searches are now being done at the propert and a bomb disposal team is there.

A 33 year old man from Chatteris has been arrested under section 4 of the Explosives Act.

He is now being questioned by Police in Huntingdon.
