RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Win your wedding venue’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Saturday 27th September on Heart Plymouth.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to the Wedding Fair at the Holiday Inn, Armada Way, Plymouth and find the Heart Angels.  Entry will open at 12:00 on Saturday 27th September and close at 16:00 on Saturday 27th September 2014.

4. Entrants will need to register their details with the Heart Angels.

5. From the valid entries one winner will be selected at random and contacted using the details provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond to contact made by Global within 28 days of the competition closing a new winner/s will be selected and random.

Eligibility:

6. Entrants must be 18 years of age of older.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8. The prize is the Holiday Inn Hotel, Plymouth as your wedding venue for up to fifty people which includes the following:

  • Three course wedding breakfast
  • One glass of house wine with the meal
  • One glass of sparkling wine to toast
  • Evening buffet
  • DJ and Disco
  • Flowers for the top table
  • Cake base (round or square) with knife
  • Toastmaster provided by a member of hotel management
  • Bar Facilities
  • Complimentary car parking for the bride and groom.

9. Wedding venue subject to availability at the time of booking and subject to capacity.

10. Wedding must be booked by August 2015.

11. Cannot be booked on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day or Valentines Day.

12. There is no cash alternative.

13. The prize is non transferable.

14. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
