Man In Court On Paisley Murder Charge

A man has appeared in court charged with murder after the death of a man found injured at a property.

Graeme Kay, 27, was found seriously injured at an address in Kilnside Road, Paisley, in the early hours of Sunday.

He was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital where he later died.

Richard Spence, 27, from Glasgow, appeared on petition at Paisley Sheriff Court charged with murder, the Crown Office confirmed.

He made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody. The case was committed for further examination.
