RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the ‘Sign it to Win’ competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 1st September 2014 until the correct number of signatures has been guessed on Heart Scotland (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    The competition will open on Monday 1st September during the Heart Breakfast show. Listeners will be given the length of one song to call the number stated by the presenter to enter the ‘Sign it to Win’ competition.  

4.    One listener will be selected at random and brought to air.

5.    They will be asked to guess how many people officially registered and signed the Heart Angels car between Saturday 16th August and Sunday 24th August 2014. 

6.    If an entrant correctly guesses the number of people who registered and signed the Heart Angel’s car, they will be declared the winner.

7.    If an entrant guesses incorrectly, the presenter will confirm if the correct number is higher or lower than their guess and the competition will continue with another entrant in the next round. 

8.    This competition will run once per day in the local breakfast show between 6AM – 9AM, once per day in the local drive show between 4PM-7PM until a correct number of signatures has been given. If the correct number of signatures has not been guessed by 7PM on Friday 5^th September, listeners will be encouraged to call in on Monday 8^th September from 8AM. Guessing rounds will be carried out until the correct number of signatures is given.

9.    Winners will receive their prize within 28 days of winning.

10.    All entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random.

11.    Multiple entries are permitted - You can enter as many times as you like

Eligibility:

12.    Entrants must be 18 or over to enter this competition.

13.    The winner will be notified when the car is available and will be required to collect the car from the dealership.

23.    Prize does not include a full tank of fuel and the cost of this will need to be met by the winner.

24.    The car will have 6 months road tax.

25.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
