RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found here apply to “The Google Game” radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 6th January 2015 – until further notice (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Scotland.

 Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.



1) Details of the Competition. 

 

To enter the Competition an entrant must fill in the entry form at heart.co.uk, completing all the requested fields. Every weekday morning one entrant will be selected at random to compete on the following day’s breakfast show. If the selected entrant cannot be reached another entrant will be selected at random. This will continue until an entrant can be reached.

Rounds are pre-recorded. Robin will type into his Google search engine part of a question or phrase and the contestant must work out the top search for that particular question or phrase based on the what the search engine predicts within 20 seconds. The top result as predicted will be the winning answer

The Producer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

2) Eligibility 



Contestants must be aged 18 or over. If contestants cannot be reached they are eligible to re-enter.



Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

3) Prize

A pair of tickets to a concert, event, or gig. 

Tickets are personal revocable licences and shall at all times remain the property of the Promoter. If a ticket is re-sold, transferred or advertised whether or not for profit, commercial gain or in the course of business by anyone other than the Promoter, or an authorised sub-agent, it will be void and the ticket holder will be refused entry to, or ejected from, the venue without refund.

The winner and their guests must act within the framework of acceptable and proper behaviour during the course of the prize and comply with all rules and regulations laid down by those providing the elements of the prizes, including without limitation the ticket conditions.

Transport to and from the event venue and all other incidentals associated with the event will be the responsibility of the winner and guest to arrange and not the responsibility of The Promoter.
