Arnold Clark on Heart Scotland, November & December 2014
Rules:
1. The following rules together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk) of Global apply to Arnold Clark’s radio competition which will run from 25th November to 5th December 2014 on Heart Radio Scotland.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrants must text 'ARNOLD' and their name to 8 21 22. Texts will be charged at standard network rates. The Text Line will open when the presenter announces this on Heart Scotland Drive Show between 4pm-7pm Monday 1st to Friday 5th December 2014. It will be closed after 300 seconds (5 minutes) All Entrants selected to play on air at random will be required to talk to the presenters and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another chosen
4. The Heart Drive Presenter will ask the listener to choose three months and to each month there will be a question relating to something that has happened in that month. The player has to correctly answer the three quiz questions to win £300. The prize is £100 for every question answer correctly.
6. The winner will be contacted by a representative from the Sponsorship and Promotions Team and will be informed when they should expect to receive their prize. We will endeavor to deliver prizes within 28 days of winning.

7. Age restriction is over 18s only
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prizes:
9. The prize is £300 cash which will be provided by means of a cheque within 28 days of winning
10. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
