RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to ‘Heart’s Big Sleepover’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 2nd to Friday 6^th February 2015 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Thames Valley.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the telephone number given out on air. Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

5.    One caller will be selected at random and brought to air to play. 

6.    The caller will be played an audio clip of a presenter describing facts about themselves. Following the clip they will be asked a question on the audio which they will need to answer correctly.

7.    If the caller answers the question correctly they will be declared the winner.

8.    If the caller answers incorrectly subsequent callers will be selected at random to give their answer until a correct answer is submitted.

9.    All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

10.    On Friday 6th February only there is an additional prize of a £500 shopping voucher. This will be decided by the winner of a ‘closest to the pin’ question which winners will be asked directly after the main competition round. 

11.    The winner with the closes answer will be awarded the prize and announced on Friday 6th February.

12.    In the event of two or more identical ‘Closest to the pin’ answers a random draw will determine the winner.

Eligibility:

13.    Entrants must be 18 years or older.

14.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

15.     There is 1 x daily prize of a 3 night stay for a family of 4 (2 adults &  2 children) at Sandy Balls Holiday Village between Friday 12th June – Monday 15th June 2015.

16.    All 2 or 3 bedrooms lodges are centrally heated, with open plan living with TV & DVD and fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Bed linen is supplied and all have a decking area, BBQ stand & picnic area. Pet friendly and pet free options are available. Upgrade to a lodge with a view or a separate en-suite. 4pm check in time. Pet free and pet friendly lodges available.

17.   On Friday 6th February only there is an additional prize of a £500 shopping voucher. 

18.   There is no travel fund included. 

19.   Heart and Sandy Balls will be in contact with all of the winners within 28 days of the competition to confirm the redemption of the prizes.

20.   Global reserves the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
