£10k Reward Put Up After New Forest Raid
A £10,000 reward's been put up for help to find burglars who stole jewellery worth tens of thousands of pounds in the New Forest.
It happened at a house in the small village of Godshill, near Fordingbridge sometime between 6pm and 10pm on Wednesday, September 26th. A door at the rear of the property was forced open. A small amount of cash was also taken.
The reward, from the victim, is for anyone who provides information which leads to a successful conviction.

The stolen jewels form part of a collection of one off unique items and will not be easy to dispose of. One of the items, a ring, is described as having a 12.5 Carat Diamond.
Other items stolen include:
A 27 carat diamond necklace containing different shaped diamonds
A pair of Dior yellow gold hooped ear-rings
Art decos watch containing a thin diamond studded white gold bracelet with a large cluster of diamonds
An 18 carat yellow gold Cartier tank watch
Plus an assortment of ear-rings, necklaces and other jewellery
Investigating officers say they are appealing to all jewellers and buyers of jewellery to be aware of anyone who makes contact with them offering to sell expensive looking jewellery.
Officers are also appealing for help in finding the offender(s), saying:
"Has anyone been to the area of Godshill in the past few days and seen a vehicle or people in suspicious circumstances? Did anyone pass through the village of Godshill in the times stated above and see a vehicle arrive or leave the area, possibly in a hurry? Has someone offered you expensive jewellery for sale or has someone you know suddenly shown you some expensive jewellery?"
