RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Win a £250 Princesshay Giftcard’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Thursday 27th November, Thursday 4th December, and Thursday 11th December 2014 on Heart South West.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to Princesshay and find the Heart Angels on the following dates: Thursday 27th November, Thursday 4th December, and Thursday 11th December 2014. Entry will open at 16:00 on and close at 20:00 on each day of the Competition.
4. Entrants will need to register their details with the Heart Angels on the Heart iPad. From the valid entries one winner will be selected at random and contacted using the details they provided on the entry form. If the winner does not respond to contract made by Global within 28 days of the competition a new winner/s will be selected at random.
Eligibility:
5. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
7. One winner from all entries across all days will receive a £250 Princesshay Giftcard.
8. The gift card is valid for 12 months and is available to redeem in any Princesshay Shop or Restaurant.
9. Winner must check in store before purchase.
10. There is no cash alternative.
11. The prize is non transferable.
12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
