Bury St Edmunds: Man Charged After Robbery

A man has been charged in connection with an attempted armed robbery at Thurlow Champness jewellers in Bury St Edmunds in February.

A 33-year-old man has been charged after an attempted armed robbery, which happened at Thurlow Champness jewellers on Abbeygate Street in Bury St Edmunds on Monday 28th February 2011.

It's after reports four men went into the shop with sledgehammers, but nothing was stolen.

Dwayne Marsh from Dewey Road in London has been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and has been bailed to return to Bury St Edmunds Magistrates Court on 8 November 2011.
