Bury St Edmunds Ram Raid

Police in Bury St Edmunds are appealing for information following a ram raid at a convenience store in the town.

Police were alerted to the incident in Cadogan Road, Bury St Edmunds at just after 1am this morning, Wednesday 26 July following an alarm being triggered at the premises.

The convenience store door had been ram raided with a vehicle; cash and cigarettes had been stolen from within.

An area around the shop has been cordoned off whilst police carry out their enquiries and investigations continue.

Police say they are very keen to speak to anyone who was in the area in the early hours of this morning, who may have witnessed this incident.
