A 21 year old man's been robbed in Bury St Edmunds by a man with a kitchen knife.
It happened on Thursday 22 December at around 5.45pm.
A 21-year-old man was walking from a friend's house when a man approached him at the junction of West Road and Priors Avenue.
The man was wearing a navy Nike hooded top and was holding a kitchen knife. He asked for money and became verbally abusive, waving the knife in a threatening manner. The offender took the victim's money and his watch and then ran away down the hill on West Road.
The offender is described as white, aged 20-25, of medium build, 5 foot 10 inches tall and of having a croaky, husky voice.
