Ipswich: Man Cut With Knife

Police are appealing for information after a 20-year-old man was cut by another man carrying a knife in Ipswich.

The victim was walking along Spring Road at approximately 6.30am this morning, Friday 13th January. He was approached by a man who asked for a light and started talking to him, before pulling out a knife and scratching him across the chest causing his shirt to rip.

The offender is described as a white man, in his 50's, was approximately 6'5", of a stocky build, had a black beard, spoke in a deep voice and was wearing a black zip-up hoodie, dark blue jeans and black trainers.
