Ipswich Wins National Award

Ipswich town centre has won a national award for keeping people safe while they're on a night out.


Its hoped more people will visit Ipswich for a night out, after it won a national award.

Ipswich Central has been working with the borough council and suffolk police to make sure people visiting bars and clubs stay as safe as possible -

And they've been awarded a Purple Flag, which places like Manchester, Nottingham and London's Covent Garden also have.
