The Latitude Festival 2012 is starting at Henham Park near Southwold for what is now their 6th year.
Around 500 acts are performing from today through until Sunday across 15 stages.
Despite all the recent bad weather across the country organisers are still going ahead, but have been telling their followers on twitter to make sure they bring wells.
The festival runs from 12th-15th July, and up to around 35,000 people are expected across the weekend.
The festival started in 2006 and has grown to take in more music, comedy and arts.
Some of the music names performing include Elbow, Simple Minds and Paul Weller.
The comedy area is one of the most famous aspects of the festival with the likes of Jack Dee, Reginald D Hunter, Rich Hall, Lee Nelson and Tim Minchin appearing.
