Lowestoft: Three Arrested After Attempted Robbery At BP Garage

Three men have been arrested by police investigating an attempted robbery at the BP Garage in Lowestoft.

Officers say they were called around 9.10pm to the petrol station near to the lighthouse.

Three men, a 37-year-old from Surrey, a 35-year-old from Surrey and a 34-year-old from Croydon were arrested a short time later.

They are being questioned at Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre this morning.

Police are looking for anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area to speak to them by calling 101.
