Suffolk: Shotgun Stolen

Police in Haverhill are appealing for information after a shotgun was stolen from a barn in Wickhambrook.

Its happened between 10pm on Monday 9 January and 7.30am the following morning. Unknown offender(s) entered the building and also stole a trailer which was later discovered abandoned at Skelton's Drove outside Mildenhall on Tuesday morning.

The shotgun is a AYA 12 bore side by side, serial number 547347.


Police are asking anyone who finds the weapon discarded to contact them immediately to allow for a proper disposal.
