Big Town Showdown Final

Where is the smartest place in Sussex and Surrey? Is Brighton brainier than Burgess Hill, is Crawley cleverer than Crowborough?

Each day we asked 10 general knowledge questions and you needed to do is get through them as quickly as possible, to secure the top spot for the place where you live, however we added an extra 10 seconds for every incorrect answer.

So the Big Town Showdown finishes for another season & after hearing from over 33 towns from across Sussex & Surrey, we finally have a winner – Georgie from Hove!

Now as the Big Town Showdown is all about making you a hero of your hometown, we are going to make her a true VIP in the place that she lives and loves – Hove!

We’re gonna give her the chance to feel great from head to toe as we 1^st send her to “Black” Hair Salon in Hove for a glamorous hair makeover where she’ll see the stylist and be given a cut, colour and treatment service of your choice.

As well as that we are gonna send her to the amazing  “Beauty Secrets Hove”, we’re she’ll get the ultimate day of indulgence worth £500.

She’ll start her day in their RA-SOOL Steam Chamber, where she’ll relax whilst batheing in exotic, cleanings muds.

She’ll then head into their Moroccan Suite for a full body scrub to get an all over glow, followed by a full body massage to fall into a deep relaxation and to remove any tension.

And, to finish off your day, she’ll receive an amazing facial that will refresh and rejuvenate, to ensure that she leaves glowing from top to toe.

And finally to immortalize the success and pride that she has brought to Hove, we had a word with the guys at Brighton & Hove council and they wanted to make sure that everyone in the area knows about her achievements on The Big Town Showdown.

So we are going to plant a tree in Hove Park in her honor, along with a plaque to make sure that she will always be remembered for winning Heart Breakfast’s Big Town Showdown.
