Here are the terms and conditions for the competition to win iTunes vouchers by watching the Heart television advert.

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio's general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found here apply to the Heart competition ("the Competition") which will run from Friday 4th October to to 23:59 on Thursday 31st October 2013.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station. 

1. Details of the Competition

1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online, watch the Heart TV ad and answer a multiple choice question.

1.2 Entries will open on Friday 4th October and close at 23:59 on Thursday 31st October 2013

1.3 One winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received at the close of the competition.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 All entrants must 18 years of age or over

2.2 Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

 

3. Prize

3.1 There is one prize of 500 iTunes song vouchers.

 

In addition to the above standard terms and conditions, the following rules apply from iTunes.

1. This prize is non exchangeable, non refundable and has no cash value. Songs must be downloaded individually and not as a whole album.

2. This is a promotional code and is not for resale, has no cash value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. All songs must be downloaded individually. Valid only on the [UK] iTunes Store. Requires iTunes account. 3. The codes will expire by December 2013.
