RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions apply to ‘Hellmann’s Mayonnaise’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 26.06.14 to 31.07.14 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk , register their details and pick their favourite song to ‘Liven up their lunch’ from a choice of songs displayed on the website. Online entry will open at 0901 on 26.06.14 and close at 0900 on 31.07.14
4. On Thursday 31st July between 09.05 and 10:00 a winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries to win the prize. The winner must answer their phone when called sometime between 09.05 and 10.00 in order to win.
5. Throughout the competition duration 1 x song request will also be played out each Friday with people who selected them being name checked or possibly taken to air. Having a song played or being name checked does not mean that an entrant has won and only one person per song request may be mentioned.
6. All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter and a call will be recorded with the presenter and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random – this is at the station’s discretion
7. One winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received. The winner will be notified by a member of Global Radio staff within 28 days of the competition closing.

8. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
10. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and posses a valid passport.
11. At least one traveller must be 21 years of age or older

Flights are subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes July, August, Thanksgiving, December, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and USA). Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges. At least one person must be aged 21 or over.
Transfers are not private and may be shared with other passengers.
Hotel is classed as a 5 star and is based on two sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a room
only basis
Breakfast will be in the form of a cash amount of $20.00 per person per breakfast
Based on two adults enjoying a 2 course meal from a set lunch menu including 1⁄2 bottle of wine, mineral water and coffee.
Restaurant reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Excludes Michelin starred restaurants.
For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America.
Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age
restrictions apply
All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with
them.
