RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘Lexus’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 14/07/2014 to 27/07/2014 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 6am on 14/07/2014 and close at 11.59pm on 27/07/2014.
4. Entrants will need to watch the video of Emma Bunton driving in a Lexus and correctly guess the destination in which she ends up to be eligible to win.
5. The winner will be selected at random and will be notified by telephone.

6. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

9. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays.
10. Travel will be in the form of petrol allowance due to the nature of the location.
11. Hotel is classed as a 5 Star boutique and is based on two sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
12. Dinner will be based on two people enjoying the Menu Decouverte, including coffee and Petite Fours excluding wine and any other beverages and extras on the first night
and a la carte dinner including coffee and Petite Fours excluding wine and any other beverages and extras on the second night.
13. Tour of kitchen will take place outside of service and will last a minimum of 20 minutes. There will be the chance to speak to the chef, however this is strictly subject to
availability and cannot be guaranteed.
14. Personal shopping experience will last approximately 2 hours and is subject to availability at time of booking.
15. Concert tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events.
16. Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be
substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case. Includes 1x 25 minute treatment per guest. Choose from: Elemis Deep Tissue Back Massage, Skin Specific Taster
Facial, Tranquil Touch Scalp Massage, Sole Delight. Complimentary fruit tea provided.
17. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
