RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Mr Kipling Online Competition’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 15.09.2014 to 28.09.2014 on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”). Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00.01 on 15.09.2014 and close at 23.59 on 28.09.2014.
Online, entrants need to choose which prize they would like to win.
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified within 7 days after the close date.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be 18 years or older
Entry is restricted to UK residents only
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
The winner will be notified at the earliest convenience by phone within 7 days of the competition close date. If the winner does not pick up their phone, they will then be informed by email and will have 28 days to respond to receive their prize.
If the winner does not respond within 28 days of receiving their email, Global will select another winner.
Prize:
Entrants may select from one of three prizes:
Option One:
• Return train travel for two people
• Return transfers from the station to Champneys Spa location
• 2 Nights accommodation at the winner’s choice of Champneys Spa Resort in the UK includes:
• 2 nights accommodation in a twin room
• Healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner for the duration of your stay
• Champneys Massage per person
• Relaxing Facial per person
• Thalassotherapy Pool Session per person
• Unlimited use of facilities and choice of up to 20 different classes
per day
Prize Terms and Conditions: Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Locations are Tring, Henlow, Forest Mere and Springs. At least one person must be over the age of 18 years.
Accommodation is classed as a 4 star and is based on two people sharing an economy twin room with ensuite facilities on a breakfast, lunch and dinner basis. Available Friday – Sunday subject to availability at time of booking.
Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Option Two:
• Return flights for two people to Paris, France
• Return transfers from the airport to the hotel
• 2 Nights accommodation at the Plaza Etoile Hotel, Paris
• Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning
• Travel insurance
Prize Terms and Conditions: Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and France). Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges. At least one person must be over the age of 18 years.
Transfers are not private and may be shared with other passengers.
Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on two people sharing a twin room with ensuite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis.
Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply

Option Three:
• Petrol allowance for one family car to winner’s chosen Forest Holiday location
• 3 nights accommodation in a forest cabin for two adults and two children includes:

Unlimited access to movies including range of latest blockbusters,
Sky Channels 1-4 and Sky Sports, wi-fi access, Forest Retreat ordering facility.
• Bike hire for the duration of your stay for two adults and two children
Prize Terms and Conditions: Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays (UK). Travel will be in the form of petrol allowance due to the nature of the location. Should the winner not drive, alternative transportation arrangements will be made using public transport where possible. At least one person must be over the age of 18 years.
Weekends available on selected dates throughout the year, Fri - Mon. Based on two adults and two children sharing a Copper Beech cabin on a self catering basis. All bedding is included in your cabin – sheets, pillowcases and duvets which will last for the duration of your stay. All essential activity and safety equipment is provided, but you will need to bring personal clothing, footwear, washing kits and swimwear.
