RULES
1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions apply to The Book of Life radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from October 24th to November 2nd  (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Network.
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.heart.co.uk/ and register their details, upload a family Halloween picture.  Online entry will open at 0600 on October 24th and close at 23:59 on Sunday 2nd November
4.    Heart will create its very own Book of Life picture gallery encouraging listeners to send in their best Halloween, fun, upbeat family photos for their chance to win. Subject to approval, each photograph will be entered into the prize draw as Global reserve the right not to publish any submitted photo that they deem inappropriate or offensive
5.    The winner will be picked at random and contacted via phone/email.
6.    By submitting an image to the site http://www.heart.co.uk/ to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station and Global Radio of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image(including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station and Global Radio shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station and Global Radio and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.

7.    Over 18s only. Entrants will need a valid passport.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:
8.    Prize is a Family Trip to Mexico. the prize is, Global Radio reserves the right to substitute prize; if the prize is vouchers or tickets.

Return flights for two adults and two children to Cancun, Mexico.
Return transfers from the airport to the hotel
7 Nights accommodation at the Crown Paradise Club Hotel, Cancun
All Inclusive board for two adults and two children for the duration of
 your stay includes:

  Terms and Conditions
Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays (both UK and Mexico). Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be London Gatwick, which may not necessarily be the winner’s closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes and surcharges. At least one person must be over the age of 21 years and children must be age 11 or under at time of travel.
Transfers are not private and may be shared with other passengers.
Hotel is classed as a 4 star and is based on two adults and two children sharing one room with ensuite facilities on an All Inclusive board basis.
24-hour All Inclusive. Full Board buffet meals to the A la carte. Snacks, Afternoon cakes and Ice-cream. Unlimited local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages 
including beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks.
Facilities that do not form part of your All Inclusive package may incur
extra local charges.
Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing
 medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
