RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Amazing Meerkat Competition With Longleat Safari Park’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Saturday 4th October 2014 on Heart.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

To enter the competition an entrant must go to Longleat Safari Park and make their way to the middle of the Longleat Hedge Maze between 11:00 and 16:00 on Saturday 4th October 2014, find the Heart Angels and register their details with them as well as submitting their chosen name for the new baby meerkat.
4. One winner will be selected from all entries by Longleat’s Animal Adventure team with Darren Beasley being the lead judge. The winner will be whoever is deemed by the judges to have given the meerkat the best name.
5. The winner will be notified by email within two weeks of the closing date.
6. The winner must reply in writing within one week of receiving prize notification for them to claim the prize. If no confirmation is received the prize will be re-drawn.
7. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that if they win their name and image may be used for the purpose of announcing the winner in any related publicity without additional payment or permission. The winner may be required to take part in publicity associated with the prize draw including placing the winner’s name and photos of the winner in print, online, in email distributions and as otherwise may be requested by Longleat.
8. The email addresses of entrants provided for entry to the prize draw may, for the purposes of sending further information about Longleat Enterprises, be shared with companies within the Longleat Safari & Adventure Park group but will not be shared with other companies outside the group, unless they have otherwise opted in to receive such information. Email recipients will be given the option of opting out of those emails if they don¹t want to receive any further news from Longleat Enterprises.
9. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. All entrants must purchase a Longleat ticket to enter into the grounds or be an annual pass holder.
11. Only one entry per person, duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
12. One winner will receive a Bronze Safari for 4 people:
¥ A personal guide around Longleat for 2 hours in a 4x4
¥ The experience and knowledge of an expert ranger
¥ Access to the Safari and Adventure park
¥ Safari Park Guide Book (per booking)
13. Valid until 30th June 2015. All guests must be over 5 years old. Children up to the age of 14 years must be accompanied by a guardian/parent who will be required to purchase the full VIP experience.
14. Travel and/or any accommodation expenses required by the winner(s) to take the prize are not included in the prize.
15. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the prize. Longleat Enterprises reserves the right to alter the prize without notice.
16. No cash alternatives to prizes will be provided. Longleat Enterprises reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend the prize draw without incurring liability, in the event circumstances affect its ability to operate the prize draw.
17. Participants will be expected to be able to enter and exit a 4x4 vehicle, although alternative transport can arranged where there are accessibility requirements.
18. When you confirm your date tickets will be dispatched to the address specified. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the information you have supplied to us is accurate.
19. We recommend you book a minimum of 4 weeks before your visit; however, due to high demand we suggest you book a date well in advance to avoid disappointment. All our experiences and tours are subject to availability.
20. Once the experience/tour date has been booked, it cannot be rescheduled and is non-refundable unless due to exceptional circumstances: illness/injury, pregnancy or bereavement. This is at Longleat’s discretion.
21. Longleat reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the park should they behave in an inappropriate or unsafe manner.
23. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate those with a disability or learning difficulty, due to practicality and health and safety this cannot always be achieved; please contact Longleat for advice before purchasing.
24. If you are making a booking that requires an additional person present, such as an adult or guardian for a child or a carer, then a ticket for the same experience must be purchased.
25. Longleat reserves the right to reschedule any of the booked dates for the experiences and will provide as much notice as possible; however this cannot always be guaranteed.
26. Longleat does reserve the right to cancel your experience/tour if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your pre-booked time.
27. Items will usually be delivered by Royal Mail. Longleat cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays following dispatch.

29. Longleat Safari Park cannot be held responsible for the weather conditions. However in exceptional circumstances if the experience is cancelled an alternative date will be arranged.
30. Longleat Safari & Adventure Park reserves the right to alter the itinerary on any given day due to animal welfare or health issues but will ensure that if the activity is replaced with another similar task.
31. It is up to the individual to assess their own fitness levels for each experience as some do require a degree of fitness. Longleat Safari & Adventure Park reserves the right to ask you not to continue with an experience if we feel you are not physically able to partake.
32. It is also up to the individual to make Longleat Safari & Adventure Park aware in writing of any serious health complaint that may put yourself or others in danger.
33. Longleat Safari & Adventure Park reserves the right to alter dates, times and prices or facilities for any reason without any prior notice.
34. The management reserves the right to move animals or make alterations or improvements. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
35. Longleat Enterprises will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with the prize draw and may can cancel or alter the prize draw at any stage. Further, Longleat Enterprises reserves the right to re-draw the prize if the winner’s parents/legal guardians (a) do not agree to the prize draw rules; or (b) do not want the winner to receive the prize.
36. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Longleat Enterprises reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or close the prize draw without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
37. Longleat Enterprises accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete or illegible by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries become the property of Longleat Enterprises and are not returned.
38. Longleat Enterprises will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering the prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Longleat Enterprises and the prize administrator for the purposes of the administration of the prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
39. Longleat Safari & Adventure Park opening times may vary according to season.
40. Longleat Enterprises reserves the right to close to the public, withdraw any attraction, alter times, prices and events or services without notice.
41. The terms and conditions of the prize draw shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
42. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize at their absolute discretion.
