RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk apply to ‘Nivea For Men’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Wednesday 30th November 2011 to Friday 9th December 2011 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3.    Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must:-
Call the telephone number read out on air by the presenter when prompted (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.
One Entrant will be picked at random by the show’s producer and brought to air to play.  When on air, the presenter will play a clip of a well known award acceptance speech, be it from a famous band, actress or comedian and the Entrant will have to guess who the speech is by in order to win the Prize of £2,000 and a NIVEA For Men Hamper Pack.
The producer’s decision is final.

Go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details.  Online entry will open at 09:00am on Wednesday 30th November 2011 on and close at 23:59pm on Friday 9th December 2011.

One Entrant will be picked at random by Global Radio on Monday 12th December 2011.  This Entrant will be awarded with the Prize of £1,000 and a NIVEA For Men Hamper Pack.  The winner will be notified via the telephone number/email address provided on their entry form.  The winner will not be announced on air.

4.    Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

5.    Prize:
The On Air Prize is £2,000 and 1x NIVEA For Men Hamper Pack (per on air contest) and the Online Prize is £1,000 and 1x NIVEA For Men Hamper Pack.  The value of each Hamper Pack is £50 at RRSP.  1x Hamper Pack will be delivered to each winner by courier.  1x cash Prize will be posted in the form of a cheque to each winner by Global Radio.  Prizes will be fulfilled within 28 days.  Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.  Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the Prize.
