The Times Competition Rules
Win with The Times & The Sunday Times’ on Heart, September 2012
RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to ‘Win with The Times & The Sunday Times’’ radio competition ("the Competition"), which will run from Saturday 22nd September 2012 to Sunday 23rd September 2012 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must
3.1. Call the “Telephone Line” given out on air. Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air
3.2. The presenter will play out pre-recorded audio of a question and then give two possible answers. They will invite listeners to call in if they know the correct answer. An entrant will be chosen at random from all calls received.
3.3. If the entrant gets the question correct, they’ll win the prize. If the Entrant gets the question incorrect, the next Entrant is randomly selected to play. The winner will be announced on air.
3.4. All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected.

- 18 years old or over at the time of entry
