Nightclub Evacuated After Smoke Bomb
A smoke grenade's been thrown onto the dance floor of a nightclub in Oxford.
Thames Valley Police say it happened at about 1am in Thirst Nightclub in Park End Street in the city centre on Sunday 12 February.
The nightclub had to be evacuated as a result.
They've released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to in connection with it.
PC Peter Ciechan said: “I would like the public’s help in identifying these two men and ask anyone who was there on the night and recognises them to contact us.
"I would like to reassure the public that this was an isolated incident, but it was fortunate that no-one was hurt in the incident itself or the subsequent evacuation.”
An Oxford University student has died during the annual varsity ski trip with students from both Cambridge and Oxford Uni's.
Two men, who admitted dealing drugs in Thatcham and Newbury, have been jailed for a combined eight years.
Police say Thieves could be using technology to prevent people locking their vehicles and then steal from them after 14 cases.
