Teen Assaulted in Oxford

A 19-year-old has been left with facial injuries after being punched in the face and grabbed around the throat during a fight in Oxford.

Thames Valley Police say it happened on Thursday 1 November as as three young men walked down Hythe Bridge Street.

They were approached by a group of seven men and a fight broke out.

The teenager was grabbed and assaulted, suffering a split lip and marks on his neck.

The offenders are described as white, aged in their late twenties and early thirties. All were wearing dark clothing except for one man wearing a white t-shirt.
