Thames Valley: Police Consultation

The Police and Crime Commissioners for Thames Valley has started a consultation to try and get people involved in his plans for policing this year.

Anthony Stansfeld has released his draft Police and Crime Plan.

The final version will be published by the end of March  - with the public consultation period ending on Friday 8th February.

Anthony Stansfeld, Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley said:

"This plan sets out my objectives for policing and crime in Thames Valley and brings together both the police and other partners responsible for crime reduction.

"It is important to me that the plan reflects the real issues and concerns of the people of Thames Valley which is why I would urge you all to have your say by taking part in our consultation."

Details of the consultation, which will ask the public's opinion on the plan, will be released tomorrow on the website www.thamesvalley-pcc.gov.uk
