Second Appeal To Find Missing Watford Man

Police are making a second appeal to the public for assistance for help to trace a 40-year-old missing man from Watford.

Mujib Hakim, known locally as ‘Hak’, was last seen in Watford on Friday 27th May at 11.30pm when he told friends he was going to buy cigarettes.

He is described as an Asian man, medium build, 5ft 9ins tall, with shaved or very closely cropped hair.

Mujib is well known in Watford Town Centre.

A number of enquiries have been conducted since he was reported missing and police are now appealing to the public to help trace him.

DI Justine Jenkins from the Vulnerable and Missing Persons Unit, based at Watford Police Station, said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Mujib’s welfare with each hour that passes. I would urge anyone who knows of Mujib’s whereabouts to contact us as a matter of urgency.”

If you have seen him or have information about his whereabouts please contact police immediately on 0845 3300222 or to attend their local police station.
