Teenage Girl Touch - Elstree Police Issue CCTV

Hertfordshire Police are making a further appeal to help identify a man they want to talk with after an incident which occurred on a bus in Elstree.

Police say:

Between 7.42am and 8am the victim on April 12, 2014, a 14 year old girl, was on the 107 from Edgware to New Barnet. The offender sat next to her and touched her leg. As she got up to get off the bus the offender then lifted her skirt.

Officers would like to speak with the man pictured as he may be able to assist with their inquiries.
