August 2014 -  RULES

1.     The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/)(the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Win a Mazda 2” radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Saturday 2 August and Sunday 3 August on Heart West Midlands.

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to Johnsons Solihull on Saturday 2nd or  Sunday 3rd August between midday and 4pm and register their details with the Heart Angels.

4. Entrants must pick up a lanyard and complete the questions by visiting the 3 dealerships, and show this to the Heart Angels in order to register their details. 

5. Online entry will open at midday and close at 4pm on Saturday 2nd August and Sunday 3rd August 2014.

6. The winner will be selected at random from all entries, and contacted by a member of Global Radio to notify them that they have won.
 
Eligibility:

4. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and hold a full driving license.  

5. Entrants must provide a valid phone number, if you are not contactable then Global Radio reserves the right to select another winner.

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

7. The Competition is not open to any employees and their family members of Johnsons Cars Ltd nor to suppliers and their family members  of Johnsons Cars Ltd.

Prize:

8   Prize is a Red, Mazda2, 5 Dr Hatchback, 1.3 75 PS Petrol, 5 Speed Manual.

9.  The winner of the car must show a valid driving license and proof of motor insurance when collecting the car.

10. The winner’s name and materials from the Competition i.e photos and audio recordings may be used in promotional publicity.

11. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable

12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equivalent value at its absolute discretion.
