• The auction lot is for two people only and must be taken on Sunday 26th October, no alternative date is available
• Standard return rail tickets only available from a station in Wiltshire or Gloucestershire on selected journeys only
• At least one member of the party must be 18 or over
• The Private Box at the O2 has bar facilities but all drinks must be paid for
• Overnight accommodation is in a standard room including breakfast only
• Any meals or refreshment in addition to those stipulated are not included
• This is a charity auction and as such no refunds are given
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change the date and substitute with another date
• We will require the lot winners contact details to arrange this prize
