5 year old dies from Meningitis
A charity has told Heart parents need to get help straight away if they think their children may have signs of Meningitis.
It follows the tragic death of a 5 year boy in Swindon, who died just an hour after a rash first appeared.
Ethan Scholes was rushed to hospital but doctors were unable to save him.
Claire Donovan from the Meningitis Trust told Heart the illness can strike very quickly:
The trust say it is vital parents know the signs of Meningitis and act quickly if they are concerned their children may be suffering from the illness.
