'If Chloe Can' - Be Inspired advise from the stars
An MP's been telling heart that girls more likely to be on benefits than start their own business - and it's NOT because they're incapable.
MP for Wirral West Esther McVey has put together the "Chloe Can" magazine, with the help of people like Duffy and Mel C to show girls in Merseyside that can be successful.
It's even being turned into a play by the National Youth Theatre.
Esther McVey told Heart:
'There will be nobody reading this magazine who will have had a more difficult life than the people in these magazines. Some of them have been refugees, others have come from council estates, some have been abused, they've come from the toughest backgrounds and succeeded."
