A teenager has been robbed outside her school in Basingstoke.

The sixteen year old was walking along the footpath between The Vyne School and Gower Close during the lunchtime on Monday 22nd March, when a man targetted her.

If you were in the area at the time and saw anything unusual, please contact us as soon as possible.

We would remind people to be vigilant and aware of their surroundings when walking alone and always report any suspicious people to police."

Anyone with information about the incident should contact PC Mills at Basingstoke police station on 101 or call the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
