Gain Daniel For An Hour
Daniel Fox from Heart Breakfast has been dropping in to people's workplaces and home to help out with the odd jobs - in return for donations to our Have a Heart appeal.
The latest appeal is raising much needed funds for the NSPCC's Childline, the free telephone and online counselling service for children.
With the clocks going back, we're were asking you to Gain an Hour, Give an Hour and do something fun for charity with that extra hour. Our Daniel Fox was giving his extra hour to you to help with any jobs you wanted him to do!
Did you know?
Although it's free for a child to contact Childline, it actually costs £4 to make sure a fully trained counsellor is there when worried child calls for help. As part of Gain an Hour, Give an Hour we're asking you to generously do one of these three things.

Why your help really matters
