1 in 3 Skip Breakfast

13 April 2010, 06:00

An annual survey shows 1 in 3 of us skip breakfast each day.

But experts say missing this meal can cause our blood sugar to drop, and make us less active through the rest of the day.

North Devon fitness instructor Katy Daniel said: "Breakfast should be before 10 o'clock, you don't have to get up and have it really early.  A piece of fruit is fine, you don't have to sit down with a bowl of cereal."
