11 Year Old Girl Shaves Hair For Cancer Charity

Losing your hair is not something most people choose to go through but for 11 year old Lauren Cleary from Devon, she'll be doing just that.

Lauren's having her long locks completely shaved off this afternoon at Kismet Hair in Barnstaple...and it's all in aid of raising money and awareness for cancer research.

Her hair will be used to make up a wig for The Little Princess Trust for other people who've lost their hair following cancer treatment.

In January, Lauren's great-grandad died due to Cancer, she also has an uncle still fighting the disease now
