Early Breakfast with Lindsey Russell 4am - 6:30am
Both Ilfracombe lifeboats have been called out to rescue two climbers stuck on cliffs.
They were cut off by the tide and were left about 6 metres above the water between Sillery Sands and Foreland Point, near Lynmouth.
Although both men are professional climbers and had all the correct safety equipment, they would have had to wait six hours before they could have moved themselves.
The inshore lifeboat took the men off the cliffs, and the all-weather lifeboat took them back to Lynmouth.
