RULES

The following rules together with Global Radio’s general and competition terms and conditions (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk apply to ‘Bath in Fashion’ radio competition which will run from Monday 12th April to Thursday 15th April 2010. The "Radio Station" is Heart Bath.

Anyone who enters the Competition will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1) Details of the Competition

1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk and answer a general knowledge question and register their details to win £600 (in total) worth of vouchers to spend at the SouthGate Bath and Milsom Place shopping centers.

1.2 Online entry will open at 06.00hrs on Monday 12th April and close at 12:00 midday on Thursday 15th April 2010. 

1.3 23 winners will be selected at random from all entries submitted over the entire promotion and winners will be notified by Heart on Friday 16th April. Heart will make 3 attempts to contact the winner (on number left on the online entry form). If unable to contact winner on third attempt, the winner will forfeit their entry into this competition.

2) Eligibility

2.1 Only eligible for people 18 years and over to enter competition.

3) Prize

3.1 The prize is for shopping vouchers to spend at selected stores n the SouthGate Bath and Milsom Place shopping center. The prize can be substituted at anytime. Issue of the vouchers are at the discretion of Global Radio and are for a selected stores only.
