Detectives are appealing for witnesses to come forward after an Audi S4 was stolen during a burglary in Ampthill.

At around 3.15pm on the afternoon of Friday 19 April 2013, three men were stood outside the property in Grange Road in Ampthill, when a witness walked by.

A few moments later, the witnessed walked back and noticed that the front door of the house had been forced open and the vehicle that had been on the drive was missing. Money had also been taken from inside the house.

The stolen vehicle is a black, Audi S4 estate with the registration number S9 GKW. After driving along Grange Road, the vehicle then headed onto Flitwick Road and towards the A507.

Detective Constable Darren Armitage, who is investigating the incident, is keen to hear from anyone who was in the Grange Road area at the time of the burglary and may have the three offenders – who were all white males, wearing dark clothing and one wore a baseball cap - or anything else suspicious.

She would also like to hear from anyone who may have seen the vehicle since it was taken.
