Police are investigating after as many as 40 houses and cars in a town were graffitied in a weekend attack.
The attacks were carried out in the Winston Drive, Urban Way and Northfields area of Biggleswade overnight on Friday 14 January 2011.
Road-marking type spray was used on the roads, which are on the Potton side of the town.
A spokesperson for Bedfordshire Police said: "The graffiti is mostly offensive words but apparently not directed at any one individual."
The police have recovered some spray cans. They are asking for anyone with information to contact them.
