With less than 50 days to go until the start of the London Olympics one of the UK's most popular athletes was in Bedford taking part in the Bedford International Games.
Jessica Ennis is currently number one in the world for Women's Heptathlon and is hoping to qualify for team GB later this year.
At Bedford Athletics Stadium she took part in the Long Jump and the Javelin alongside other local athletes.
Lots of young athletes and fans went along to see Jessica and get autographs.
It was not her first trip to the Stadium and she told heart she is sure she will return to Bedford again soon.
