Heart's hearing from an Andover family raising money to help to give their son a voice.
5 year old Andrew suffers a rare chromosome disorder which affects him with many difficulties, one of which is minimal speech. Despite this his mum Cheryl Williams describes him as a very happy boy who is desperate to communicate with his family and everyone around him. They've been advised that Andrew requires a communication aid which will act as a voice to help him communicate with the world, and this will then hopefully ease a lot of his frustration.
The basic communication aid he needs starts at around 7,000 pounds.
They're now fundraising to raise the money and are holding an auction evening on 26th June 2010 at Basingstoke Cricket Club.
