Police have now arrested a 28 year old local man in the Midlands in connection with the abduction of three teenage girls in Bracknell
This morning 41-year-old Terry Michael Bryant appeared in Slough Magistrates Court this morning charged in connection with the investigation.
Bryant, from Waverly Road, Tottenham, London was arrested yesterday morning (2/6), from his mobile home address in Malt Hill, Warfield, Bracknell.
He's been remanded in custody and will next appear at Reading Crown Court on Monday 14th June.
A 22-year-old woman, arrested in London last night (2/6), on suspicion of conspiracy in connection with the investigation, has been released on police bail until July.
Supt Rob Mason, senior investigating officer (pictured) said:
“For operational reasons, I have made the decision to not give specific details of the charges this evening. However, I am fully aware that such information will become public record following tomorrow’s court appearance.
“Due to proceedings being active and the sub judice rule, I am unable to comment further at this time. The investigation will continue, and once again I would like to thank the public for their assistance which has been truly overwhelming.”
