Bristol: Body Found Near Portway

A man whose body was found at the bottom of Bristol's Avon Gorge has been named by police as Jamie Tipper, 28, from Old Market.
Avon and Somerset Police say they were called just after 7.30pm on Saturday 20th December to reports that a man had fallen off the Avon Gorge, near Circular Road on Clifton Down.
The force says the body of a 28-year-old man was found a short time later close to the Portway.
A post-mortem examination has concluded that Mr.Tipper's injuries were consistent with a fall.
A statement has been released by the family of Jamie Tipper:
"We, Paul & Debra Tipper (Jamie's parents) and family are sad to report the tragic loss of our son and brother Jamie Tipper who fell to his death on the evening of 20th Dec 2014.
"Jamie will be sadly missed by everyone that knew him, especially his twin brother Craig, brothers Daniel, Ben, Ross, and sister Amy.
"We would all appreciate time to come to terms with our loss."
A 23-year-old man, who was arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the death on Saturday night, has been released on police bail.
