Bristol: Parade For Golden Claudia

An open-top bus tour will take place for the Bristol teenager who grabbed four gold medals at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
16-year-old Claudia Fragapane will be joined on the top deck on the evening of Thursday 28th August by other Bristol-connected medallists from Team England who recently made the podium in Glasgow.
They include David Luckman, who earned a gold in the shooting, Jazmin Sawyers, who sprang to silver in the long jump, Gary Hall, who pinned down a bronze in judo, and Paul Brown, who squeezed a bronze in the para-lawn bowls.
Members of England's World Cup-winning women's rugby team, who have local connections, are also invited.
The bus tour starts at 6pm and is due to end at City Hall at 6.30pm, where Mayor George Ferguson will host a civic reception attended by various dignitaries including local MPs.
Lord Mayor, Cllr Alastair Watson, said: ''It's an enormous pleasure and hugely exciting for Bristol to come together to celebrate the success of our city's sporting heroes.
''Bristol is a city which champions sporting excellence, and we are very proud of all the achievements of our local sportsmen and women.''
The bus tour will take the following route:
