A driver is to be prosecuted for manslaughter following the death of three-year-old Freddie Hussey in Bristol.
Freddie died after he was involved in a collision on Parson Street in January.
An investigation began immediately and continued in subsequent weeks.
After considering the evidence, Tony Davies, 37 and from Hallen, was today served with a summons to court for manslaughter and causing death by dangerous driving.
Davies is due to appear before Bristol Magistrates Court on Friday August 15, 2014.
