Serious sexual assault in Hartcliffe...Update

Police have told Heart they want to reassure people living in Hartcliffe after an incident three weeks ago and a serious sexual assault in June.

They have sent Heart this message:

Police in Bristol are working to reassure residents in Hartcliffe following an incident in Hareclive road three weeks ago and a serious sexual assault on June 26.

Investigations into the two incidents on Hareclive road remain ongoing at the moment.  Two people have been arrested and released without charge.

Police have not received any further reports of similar incidents in the Hartcliffe area, however would encourage any victim of crime to come forward.

Police are still keen to speak to a man described as a white, aged 28 – 32 years old, of a slim build and with mid brown hair, that was spiky on top.

He had blue/green eyes, was clean shaven, and was wearing a hoop gold earring in his right ear.

He had a mark on his right cheek and was wearing blue jeans, a light long sleeved top, and white trainers. He spoke with a local accent.
